EmpowHER AI, LLC d.b.a. EndoCare Health Co. (“EndoCare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) facilitates ordering of at-home laboratory testing kits fulfilled and processed by independent third-party partners.
Orders Not Yet Processed
Orders may be eligible for cancellation and refund if the order has not yet been submitted for physician authorization and the laboratory kit has not been shipped. Refund requests must be submitted promptly to contactus@endocarehealthco.com.
After Physician Authorization or Shipment
Once physician authorization has been obtained or the kit has been shipped, the order is considered processed and is generally non-refundable.
Opened or Used Kits
Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used kits are not eligible for return or refund.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a kit arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to determine appropriate resolution.
Laboratory Testing Fees
Once a specimen has been collected or submitted for laboratory processing, laboratory fees are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests outside of this policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
