Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and submission for physician authorization. Processing times may vary depending on authorization timelines and fulfillment partner operations.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping time estimates are provided at checkout when available. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once shipped, delivery is managed by the selected carrier.
Shipping Carriers
Laboratory kits are shipped via third-party carriers selected by our fulfillment partner. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. EndoCare is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your kit does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contactus@endocarehealthco.com. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to investigate and determine appropriate resolution.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier. EndoCare is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, shipping availability may be limited to certain jurisdictions. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
